Our signature fitness sessions are designed to help you reach new heights with your fitness and build an unstoppable engine, helping you to feel more energised and capable.

Blending a mixture of intelligent cyclical and mixed style conditioning, our Team Sweat sessions support our SGPT sessions to create well rounded, functional fitness and are a great way to meet and mix with other members.

Signature Saturdays

Centered around teamwork, support and helping others, our Signature Saturdays are high energy sessions that are often considered the highlight of the week.

These sessions are all about pulling together and leaving no one behind.
